How do I pay for a class?

You can pay at the time of registration using credit card (Mastercard/Visa/American Express) cheque or PO.

What languages are used to deliver training?

Most courses are conducted in English, unless otherwise specified. Some courses will have the word "FRENCH" marked in red beside the scheduled date(s) indicating the language of instruction.

How do I find a specific topic in a course video?

All On Demand training videos have searchable lessons so you can find the answers you need in a hurry.

Is the content in On Demand training the same as in a live classroom?

Yes, Enjoy the same quality content found in our live classrooms, with the same hands-on labs.

Is the training vendor certified?

Yes, All ExitCertified On Demand course content is vendor certified.

What does GTR stand for?

GTR stands for Guaranteed to Run; if you see a course with this status, it means this event is confirmed to run. View our GTR page to see our full list of Guaranteed to Run courses.

Does ExitCertified deliver group training?

How do I get more from my training budget?

What does GSA stand for?

GSA stands for General Services Administration, which is related to the US Government agencies only.

When will my order be confirmed?

After purchasing on ExitCertified.com, you will receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 24 business hours to receive this; however, it often arrives sooner.

What are the steps for completing a registration?

  1. Follow the provided registration link, using Chrome, Firefox or Edge.
  2. It’s not necessary but recommended that customers create a portal account.
  3. Agree to the vendor's terms and conditions.
  4. Any required actions are highlighted in red - e.g. you might see 'Attention Needed' next to the student's name.
  5. Once you have registered, you will receive an order process email, followed by a confirmation email, and then followed by a connection test.
  6. The portal will give you access to billing and course history.
  7. Proceed to checkout. If there are any errors, these will be highlighted in red.
  8. Review or provide your payment and billing information.
  9. Agree to the US Export Compliance Regulations.
  10. After submitting your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your sales representative.

Why doesn't the training registration link work?

Training registration is supported in current versions of Firefox and Chrome. It is not supported in Internet Explorer (IE). If IE is your default browser, highlight and copy the registration link, and paste it into Firefox or Chrome. If there is still an issue, contact your sales representative by replying to the email with the registration link.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you can checkout as a guest. If you do create an account you will only have to enter your information once. 

Does every employee who takes training need an account?

No, only the person who is registering the student(s) needs an account. If an employee is creating and paying for their own registrations, they will need their own account.

How can I see the Terms & Conditions?

On the order page, there is a 'Terms & Conditions' link. If they don't appear when you click, please disable your popup blocker and try again.

Why did we change to a new registration system?

We always want to provide the best experience for our customers. The Portal streamlines the registration process by allowing you to create a profile that can be reused over and over. If you have any questions, our Education Consultants are always happy to help you out!

I clicked on 'Attention Needed' next to the student's name. Why can't I see a pop up window?

Popup blocker is enabled. Please disable your popup blocker and try again.

I clicked on 'Attention Needed' next to the student's name and there's already information there. What do I need to do?

If all of the fields are already filled out, you just need to do a quick check to make sure it's accurate.

What does vendor-authorized training mean?

As a vendor-authorized training partner, we offer a curriculum that our partners have vetted. We use the same course materials and facilitate the same labs as our vendor-delivered training. These courses are considered the gold standard and, as such, are priced accordingly.

Is the training too basic, or will you go deep into technology?

It depends on your requirements, your role in your company, and your depth of knowledge. The good news about many of our learning paths, you can start from the fundamentals to highly specialized training.

How up-to-date are your courses and support materials?

We continuously work with our vendors to evaluate and refresh course material to reflect the latest training courses and best practices.

Are your instructors seasoned trainers who have deep knowledge of the training topic?

ExitCertified instructors have an average of 27 years of practical IT experience. They have also served as consultants for an average of 15 years. To stay up to date, instructors will at least spend 25 percent of their time learning new emerging technologies and courses.

Do you provide hands-on training and exercises in an actual lab environment?

Lab access is dependent on the vendor and the type of training you sign up for. However, many of our top vendors will provide lab access to students to test and practice. The course description will specify lab access.

Will you customize the training for our company’s specific needs and goals?

We will work with you to identify training needs and areas of growth.  We offer a variety of training methods, such as private group training, on-site of your choice, and virtually. We provide courses and certifications that are aligned with your business goals.

Do you have a cost-saving program?

ExitCertified honors all saving programs from the partners we work with. ExitCertified also offers training credits across multiple partners through our Flex account. Through the Flex Account, you pay for a year of training in advance, giving you just one invoice, bulk-purchase savings, and the freedom to allocate courses as you wish. How do I get started with certification?

Getting started on a certification pathway depends on your goals and the vendor you choose to get certified in. Many vendors offer entry-level IT certification to advanced IT certification that can boost your career. To get access to certification vouchers and discounts, please contact customerexp@exitcertified.com.

Will I get access to content after I complete a course?

You will get access to the PDF of course books and guides, but access to the recording and slides will depend on the vendor and type of training you receive.
